Krzysztof Sych
Graduate Engineer
Krzysztof recently graduated from Queen’s University Belfast with an MEng in Structural Engineering with Architecture before joining Haworth McCall in 2025. During his placement year, he gained valuable industry experience working with a consultancy in Belfast, where he applied engineering theory to real-world projects.
He has a strong interest in sustainable timber engineering, particularly in Glulam and Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT) structures, an area he explored during his time at university. Outside of work, Krzysztof is a passionate home chef who enjoys experimenting with new recipes and cooking for friends and family.
